Designed here is a flag for the Renaissance that would need to fit a Crusader theme that was put together by myself. The colors were mainly black and yellow which represented both night and day.

These were some of the concepts, The farthest one on the right was the one that was mainly the favorite concept and had gone thru a few more tweaks along the way. The bottom was the final thumbnail before moving it into illustrator to lay out all the colors for the design.

"The flag is supposed to represent the "Sunrise Crusade" which with the colors chosen overall mean Prosperity and Power which makes sense since especially with the role on which crusaders believed in. The symbolic design on the left represents Both a sun and a moon it a somewhat of a sunrise or an in-between both day and night. The sun though also showcases four crosses that make up the larger "Jagged Cross" which plays a unique spin onto the Five Folded Cross or representing the four corners of the earth."

The flag after it being finalized was moved into the real world with it being sowed and stitched for the cosplay. 

The flag is displayed strapped to a wooden pole in hand with the costume present at the Michigan Renaissance Festival 2023!
